POC Alten
A Proof of Concept (POC) is primarily intended to demonstrate the feasibility of an idea, project, or technological solution before investing further resources. It makes it possible to quickly assess whether the proposed approach effectively meets a business need, integrates technically into the existing ecosystem, and delivers genuine added value. The aim is therefore not to deliver a finished product, but rather to experiment on a small scale, test assumptions, and reduce the risks associated with a wider deployment. In this sense, the POC plays a key role in decision-making and guides the organisation on whether to proceed, adjust, or abandon an initiative.
